Permanent Jewelry, aka Forever-Jewelry, is the new “It Girl” around here, and we’re so excited to be bringing this service to The Glow Factory. This is THE service for you, if you’re a low-maintenance gal who loves clean, timeless, effortless accessories.

First, our clients select their chain of choice from the 16 super-cute options that we keep on hand (below, all in silver & gold), as well as any charms or connector-charms that fall in love with. Everything we carry is lightweight & danity, but strong and durable. Next, we custom-fit the piece based on the client’s unique measurements and their preferred fit. Custom-fitted jewelry is a total game-changer, because there’s no annoying dangling, no rubbing/imprints, and no clasps to get stuck in or pull on your clothing! Finally, the piece is welded on with a small flash, and voila!

Note: We can actually accommodate you AND a friend in one appointment slot! If you’d like to bring along your mom, daughter, sister, bestie, or WHOEVER, just book YOUR appointment online, & shoot us a text at 774-287-5358. We’ll have guest #2 book any available spot in the future (with the same artist), and then we’ll manually move their appointment to the same time slot as you, to “double book” you two. This is so that you’ve both gone through and filled out the automated forms online. :)

Note #2: We love a BOGO deal, and we know you do too. Most clients go for at least 2 pieces per visit, the most common combo being 2 stacked bracelets. If you’d like to have more than one piece of permanent jewelry applied during your visit, every additional piece will be 50% off! This deal applies to applications on the same client, during the same visit. You do not need to book multiple appointment online, just one, unless you’ll wanna get like 100 bracelets. Maybe book two appointment slots in that case lol.

Private Parties: YES, we’ll come to you! Grab a minimum of 5 friends, and as a hostess, you’ll earn 1 free piece for every 5 friends who take part! All we’ll need for setup is access to an electrical outlet. A deposit of $425 + a $125 travel fee is required to secure a private party. At the conclusion of the party, so long as the minimum spend ($425) has been reached by you & your guests, the $425 deposit gets refunded in full. Please note that the deposit & travel fee are only refundable/transferable so long as 48h+ notice is given to cancel or reschedule a private party. FAQ:

• Will it really stay on forever?
  The bond will typically last for about 5 years, but the quality of jewelry itself that we use should last 20-30 years.

• Will it tarnish or make my skin turn green?
  No, and NOOOO. Our silver chains are 92.5% sterling silver. Our gold chains are gold-filled (NOT gold-coated). Everything that we use is skin-friendly, made to last, & won’t tarnish.

• How long does it take to apply?
  While the appointment is set for 30 minutes, the actual application of one piece only takes a few!

• Do men ever have this done?
  Absolutely! No one wants to be bothered by putting jewelry on and taking it off again every day, OR by feeling it dangling all around & having the clasp get stuck on their clothes. Men need to accessorize, too!

• It sounds like it hurts.. Does it?
  Absolutely not! Your skin is protected by a small square of leather when it’s time to secure the piece, so you’ll never feel any of the heat thrown off by the 1-second welding process.

• How old do I need to be to have this done?
  Children must be old enough to be able to sit still for a few minutes when they need to. Anyone under the age of 16 must bring a parent or legal guardian along.

• What if I want to remove it one day?
  If you ever want or need to remove a piece, you can simply use needlenose wirecutters to cut the piece off. If you want to be able to have that same piece reapplied by us for free, it must be cut AT the “jump ring,” meaning the fine ring that we weld shut to secure the chain onto your person. We’re pleased to offer 1 free reapplication per piece. If the chain is cut, versus the jump ring, we might still be able to use that piece of jewelry, but there’s a chance that it’ll be too compromised and you’ll need to purchase a new chain for a small fee (product cost only).

• What if it breaks off by mistake?
  Hang on to it & book a reapplication appointment. We’re pleased to offer 1 free reapplication per piece. We might still be able to use that piece of jewelry, but there’s a chance that it’ll be too compromised and you’ll need to purchase a new chain for a small fee (product cost only).

• If I stack a few bracelets, will they all tangle together?
  Good question! If we vary the lengths of each one, making one snug, the next a little looser, and the next even looser than that, then they’ll actually sit very nicely spaced out on the wrist. This minimizes the chances of them snagging/tangling together.

• What if I want solid 24k gold, or a very specific charm?
  We can custom-order just about anything for you! Simply text us at 774-287-5358 explaining what you’re looking for. We have access to hundreds of high-quality chain options, and thousands of charms and connector pieces. Just take note that 24k solid gold is SOFTER than our gold-filled product, so those chains would be more likely to break if you’re not careful with them.

• What if I need a medical procedure done that requires me to take it off?
  First, make sure to confirm with your doctor that removing the piece is actually necessary. If it is, you can simply use needlenose wirecutters to cut the piece off. If you want to be able to have that same piece reapplied by us for free, it must be cut AT the “jump ring,” meaning the fine ring that we weld shut to secure the chain onto your person. • What about when I go through airport security?
  Fine jewelry does not need to be removed during security checks.

• Can I get it if I’m pregnant?
  Yup! Just let us know that you are, and we’ll apply it a bit looser to accommodate for inflammation.

• Will the ‘flash’ hurt my eyes?
  It would, BUT, we require that our clients wear protective glasses during the application, for this reason.

• What other metals might be in the chains?
  Our 92.5% sterling silver chains are most likely to have copper making up the other small percentage. If you have a serious allergy to metals, please text us at 774-287-5358 prior to booking.

• How do I care for it afterwards?
  For as-needed cleaning, you can simply use dish soap (like Dawn brand) & a clean mascara wand, which can be purchase in packs on Amazon. For deep-cleaning, or if for some reason your piece does begin to wear down the line, you can create a thin paste with lemon juice and olive oil, and gently wipe the piece with that paste on a clean cloth.
